Martin Stanley
Martin Stanley

Martin Stanley is Global Head of Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets which manages a significant global portfolio invested in sectors including airports, roads, rail, utilities, renewable energy, telecommunications, industrials, property and media. These assets are owned through a variety of listed and unlisted funds and co-investment vehicles.

Martin joined Macquarie in July 2004 to assist with fund raising for Macquarie’s first European Infrastructure Fund (MEIF) and to direct the acquisition and management of the Fund’s infrastructure assets. He subsequently became Chief Executive Officer of MEIF and its two follow-on funds. Together, the three MEIF funds have combined equity under management of more than €7 billion.

Prior to joining Macquarie, Martin was a director at TXU Europe Group Plc, the energy services company whose operations included the generation, supply and trading of electricity and gas.

Arthur Rakowski
Arthur Rakowski

Arthur joined Macquarie in 1992, after spending 6 years with KPMG in Sydney.

During his career at Macquarie, Arthur has worked and been involved in a wide range of projects in Australia, the US and Europe.

Arthur has been at MIRA in London since 2001 and was a driving force behind the creation of Macquarie’s European Infrastructure Funds, MEIF1, MEIF2 and MEIF 3, which raised €7.3 billion in total investor commitments. He is a member of the MEIF Investment Committee, which, since 2004, has made 25 investments in infrastructure in Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, France, Germany, the Czech Republic and the UK, committing more that €7 billion of equity. Arthur sits on the board of DCT Gdansk, a greenfield container terminal in Poland, also managed by Macquarie.

He is also responsible for a business development and fundraising team maintaining institutional relationships in Europe.

David Fass
David Fass

David Fass joined Macquarie in June 2011 and is Chief Executive Officer of its operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

David is a 25-year veteran of the financial services industry. He spent 10 years with Deutsche Bank in London where, serving in roles including European Head of Deutsche Bank’s Global Banking Division, he was credited with the successful expansion and integration of Deutsche Bank’s corporate finance and commercial banking operations in the region.

Prior to his arrival at Deutsche Bank, David worked for seven years with JP Morgan Chase in New York and he began his career at Paine Webber (now UBS) in New York.

Robert Tallentire
 Robert Tallentire

Rob is Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Affairs, EMEA, for Macquarie Group. He is responsible for a team of 250 regionally-based Corporate Affairs Group staff across areas including Finance, Tax, Treasury, Human Resources, Business Improvement and Strategy and Settlements.

Rob is a member of Macquarie's European Executive Committee and holds a number of directorships of Macquarie Group companies along with other Financial Services Authority (FSA) authorised positions. Rob is also a member of Macquarie’s Global Integrity Office, an internal function that is part of the Group’s corporate governance framework and aims to support and ensure ethical conduct among Macquarie staff.

Rob joined Macquarie in June 1996, following three years working for The Natwest Group.
