Purchase and Interest Loans

Optional loans for acquiring interests in the Partnership (Purchase Loan) and for the funding of the interest on such loans (Interest Loan)may be provided by Macquarie Bank Limited or Euro Fin Co Pty Limited, respectively, pursuant to confidential loan terms and conditions and ancillary documentation. Purchase Loans and Interest Loans will only be available to an individual whose application satisfies the "high net worth" exemption criteria under Section 16A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (as amended) and Article 2 of the Consumer Credit (Exempt Agreements) Order 2007 (as amended) as described in the confidential information memorandum relating to the Purchase Loan and the Interest Loan.
